bad gray coverage
hello, my custom hair color was formulated again with me to take out the golden so I could have better gray coverage; however, unfortunately the grays were not covered at all. Would need to go back to a salon to get the grays covered.

No use
Washes out after a few days, doesn’t cover grey anyway so pointless to continue with this stuff.

This color still has red highlights and I mentioned this 3 months ago and it has not been corrected

Trop foncé
Les cheveux blancs sont bien masqués cependant la couleur est trop foncée, elle cache mon blond naturel. Je suis désormais châtain foncé

Quickly fades
Easy product to use with good instructions and I was happy with the end result. Unfortunately the colour has faded quickly and I've had to use another product to reduce the greys. I do wash my beard and hair daily.

Good product but too much waste
I like the results but if you have short hair like I do then you could end up throwing half of it away which makes it less value for money. There's enough for two applications in the package I receive so I've ended up storing half in glass jars It would be a good idea to offer a smaller size (perhaps x2) to people with close cropped hair so we can apply weekly

Misleading Guarantee
My ash gray was too ashy and I was still charged for their free color guarantee while trying to adjust to the color that worked for me. No thank you.
