Excellent product but not so good with international shipping
The product itself is brilliant. Applies easily, the colour is perfect, no skin irritation at all. But the lack of shipping options isn’t good. It’s been taking just over a month for me to receive an order. I would happily pay additional shipping for FedEx, UPS, etc., but that option isn’t available and customer service says there aren’t current plans to change that. If not for that, I’d score it a 6 out of 5, but if you’re ordering from outside the US, you may be seriously disappointed in the shipping time.

Schlechteste Farbe die ich je benutzt habe
Ich habe die Farbe benutzt und bin maßlos enttäuscht 😞. Und dann noch den teueren Preis auch noch. Ja wie sagt man so schön um so besser es verpackt wird in der Werbung (Videos) und so wie die Ware Verpackt wurde könnte man im Vergleich z.b. zu Appleware glauben das es eine gute Entscheidung war. Das war es sicherlich nicht. Katastrophal !!!!!

change colour
Need to product changing as it didn't cover all the grey and, I seem to be alot darker in hair colour then what I choose

Wrong color
I ordered light brown but you guys sent me dark brown, it’s dark black not even brown. I just discovered it after it was in my hair. Bad service!

It is not a organic or free dish f chemical Color I have reaction same as other chemical based Color luckily I had allergic test before Applying My skin still burning after 3 days

I cancelled my subscription and I’m still being charged
I called and spoke with a representative to cancel my reoccurring subscription and I’m still being charged. I have boxes and boxes of unused hair color…I don’t need anymore.

Wrong Colour
I have black hair and have been sent dark blonde so I've purchased a product I can't use.

Doesn’t last
I have been using this for a couple of months now. Starting with the semi permanent which lasts about a week at most. Then I decided to go onto the permanent colour, which I would expect to last until I trim it, but that only lasts a couple of days before it turns yellow and then goes back to white. I would expect a permanent colour to remain a lot longer than that.
